Egoboo is a dungeon adventure game with several characters to play. The goal of this game is to find five magic sparks and rescue the king - but it won’t be easy because of the lich who kidnapped the king. You are allowed to play as any of the following characters: Adventurer, Wizard, Healer, Soldier, Elf, Gnome, Rogue, Paladin and Archaeologist; and every character has his own skills and special characteristics to succeed in this quest.
You can play using your keyboard, mouse or control pad (with 8 buttons, preferably). Playing with mouse is more difficult because its sensitivity needs to be adjusted in order for you to get good control. The game's Video and Audio settings can be adjusted; however, there is no need to touch any configuration to start playing right away.
It’s a very entertaining game full of creatures and bugs to fight. In some occasions you must use some magic or special power to pass and overcome those creatures.
You will see a couple of error windows after the game's installation, and it will not create any menu entries or shortcuts. However you can look for the installation folder and launch the game from there. |
